PAYMENT TERMS
We accept payment through PayPal or credit cards through our own merchant account.
Payment is due within 3 days, unless other arrangements have been made.
If payments are not received within 3 days your item can be resold.
All shipping fees must be prepaid to seller.
Once payment is received and processed, the item will be shipped and the tracking number will be sent to you via email.
Any refunds will be issued with a company check.
RETURNS
Seller will accept a return for this item if the item is not as described in the listing.
Purchaser must pay the return shipping costs.
SHIPPING TERMS
We ship only within the US.  We ship equipment within two BUSINESS days of receiving payment.
We ship smaller items via Fed Ex Ground and larger items via freight.
Shipping costs vary depending on shipping location.  Please contact us directly for a shipping quote to your area.
Freight Shipping:
In the event Purchaser elects to have MEC make the shipping arrangements, please know that we do our best to insure that all items are packaged with the utmost care and always include insurance coverage in our shipping quotes.  However, it is understood that MEC will not be responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping.  In the event of damages during shipping, MEC will proactively file an insurance claim and will reimburse Purchaser the amount that the insurance company agrees to pay and only once the claim is finalized and received by MEC.
